Dust Collection Filter Cartridges
We are engaged in the manufacturing & export of dust filter cartridge Microtex which are used in multiples of applications such as sand blasting, powder coating, welding fume separation, safety filters, gas turbine filters etc. Low cost, made of FDA complaint material, large filter area per filter element (up to 21 m2)are some of the prime aspect of our dust filter cartridge Microtex. These dust filters can easily be cleaned by jet pulse. A host of accessories come with our this series of dust filter cartridges which include: solenoid valves, valve controllers, air flow detectors etc.

Dust Filter Cartridges Microtex 327 mm
Features
The maximum operating temperature for part no. 930912, 930980 and 931168 is 65oC. For part no. 919286, 919296 and 930938 it is 80oC. Filter cartridges for higher temperatures, with metal parts made of stainless steel or FDA-compliant materials are available on request.
Filter Media
The filter medium is adjusted to the application in order to provide optimum performance in filtration.
The filter medium of part no. 930912, 930980 and 931168 is cellulose with polyester blend. It is equipped with an impregnation. The filter media of part no. 919286, 919296 and 930938 consist of poly-ester non wovens, polypropylene non wovens or needle felts. They can be equipped anti-static, oil and water repellent, with finishes or membrane on the filter side. All filter media are tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69, appendix AA and are suitable for the filtration of health hazardous dusts.
Cleaning
The filter cartridges are cleaned by jet pulse.
